Great apartment and great location

Pros: Really nice apartment in a great location. The facilities were great and access was easy once we had \

Cons: Had to give a lot of details including a photo of my ID to check in

Nice room with potential for improvement

Pros: Loved the room decor, excellent location, friendly staff

Cons: The shower thermostat wasn’t working. Although the staff sent a plumber quickly, the shower had to be replaced which means during our stay we didn’t have hot water. Also the wifi was a bit unstable and when I got to the room there was no tv remote (although again the staff sent a replacement quickly). It would also be great if the room had a coffee capsule machine, as there was only a tiny french press.

Great place to stay, convenient location and top notch cleanliness. Be mindful of room bookings if travelling heavy.

Pros: The location was great, Waverley train station and popular attractions were all of walking distance from the property, with a lot of eateries nearby as well. The property was also very clean and very comfortable, loved the kitchenette! It was definitely a great stay!

Cons: There was only a bottle of conditioner in the shower, so do bring your own toiletries. Also be mindful of which room is booked, there is no lift and you may have to carry luggages up three flights of (spiral) stairs.

Best stay in Edinburgh

Pros: The apartment was in a beautiful and central location in walking distance to pretty much everything, and the apartment itself was huge and beautiful! Such amazing value for money and a cosy home away from home during our trip!

Cons: If I had to be picky, being given a bit more toilet roll to cover the days we were there would have been great as we had the two rolls but as we were there a few days we had to go out and were only able to buy a four pack which we then only used one of so had to leave the rest.

We had a great time! Will return without a doubt.

Pros: Great location and the apartment is even better than the pictures.

Amazing - will be back!

Pros: So clean and beautiful, and so comfortable! Will definitely be staying here again! Walking distance (5-15mins) to all big attractions - ideal!

Cons: The pumps on the shampoos and conditioners were broken - literally the only criticism I have.

Pros: Perfect location, everything we wanted to see was max. 15 min walk away. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. Would recommend to anyone who wants a central and comfortable accomodation.

Cons: The apartment we stayed in was facing the main street. The view was beautiful, but unfortunately it was very loud, especially at night. We were politely provided with earplugs, but they were not enough for a light sleeper.

A large Newtown apartment with great views.

Pros: The studio apartment was large, on the third floor with great views looking north over the park to the Forth and hills in the distance. The apartment was warm with lovely linen, and the \

Cons: No issues. Some might find the road noise irritating but the address is very central and road noise should be expected. Anyway, we slept well with windows slightly open and no earplugs [which were provided just in case].

fabulous, stylish, comfortable space - (light sleepers take ear plugs and eye masks!!)

Pros: super stylish, loads of space, very comfortable bed, great layout - i loved the space with the room divider (big cupboard with the 'kitchen' in) - very well equipped. Really FABULOUS space and feel

Cons: very busy road - gorgeous old building so only single-glazed - take your ear plugs beautiful shutters for windows but without fastenings so too much light - take your eye mask

Comfortable and felt safe.

Pros: Room only. The studio was spacious and a lovely view from the windows. The kitchen facilities were good for a 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of good clean towels. All the appliances worked and the heating and hot water were both good. The studio warmed up quickly and has a very easy operation to turn up or down. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I didn’t meet any staff apart from by message and they did their best to move me to another studio a floor down as I had developed a nasty knee issue. The check in and out done remotely work well if you are used to tech.

Cons: The down side were the stairs. It is a spiral staircase and very hard to get a case up and down. The member of staff that messaged me did put that if I was struggling then they would have a team member there to help with my case but I wasn’t sure when I would arrive or leave. The price for two nights I thought was extremely high but I wasn’t sure when very limited in my choice of where to stay. Had I not had my Genius status and their October offer then I wouldn’t have chosen it. I learned very quickly that Edinburgh is very expensive.
