A great place to stay with friends

Pros: Great location. We had a 4 person apartment which had 2 double rooms and a good kitchen. Beds were nice and comfortable

Cons: There was a lack of information ie didn’t know when breakfast was served to . Would have been handy to have room number written on the door card as you don’t always remember the number

Amazing stay

Pros: Amazingly confortable bed. We stayed only one night in the apartment but everything u need is there for a longer stay. Definitely would come back

Stylish stay

Pros: Lovely decor. Delicious breakfast in a ranching setting with jazz music. Nice toiletries.

Cons: No uht milk for the tea in room.

Improvements could be made but I would stay here again. It was clean, safe and had a great location

Pros: Great price for the location. Clean and nicely decorated. Staff were helpful

Cons: Although the shower was powerful and warm, it did not drain properly. I had to stop the water 3 times during what should have been a 5 minute shower due to the water almost going over the edge. There was also only 2 pillows on the bed between the two of us. I have stayed at the hotel before and there has been 4- I don’t know if this was an error this time but it would have been nice to have the option of an additional pillow in the cupboard if you no longer routinely put 4 pillows out across the bed. There was also no milk sachets- so although the room comes with a lovely coffee machine, kettle and tea bags it doesn’t seem to make sense to provide of all this without the option for milk. There was also a pull out table to utilise the kitchenette facilities however only one fold out chair when there was two people staying in the room. These are small easy fixes which will make a big difference

Weekend trip

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are fine, kitchen was good. Hotel staff were helpful and kind.

Cons: Service might be a bit better but no complain. Room might have more amenities, kits (slippers etc). Internet was a bit troubled from time to time.

Great stay

Pros: Everything was great. High standard of facilities.

Cons: Only issue was taps in bathroom and kitchen were a little wobbly and difficult to get hot water - but shower was fine.

It was superb

Pros: The room was so comfortable. lots of space and a good location near princes street. The staff were really nice. It had good amenities.

Great family stay, quiet and comfortable

Pros: Great location, quiet room, family room - comfy beds, Spotlessly clean.

Lovely apartment in central Edinburgh .

Pros: Great location on Queen St so very central for everything. 5 minute walk to Princes St. Great to have two rooms in apartment as staying with a 3 year old. Easy check in with iPad . Lovely bright well cared for rooms.

Cons: Double bed in property very firm mattress and quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was complimentary with our room in coffee lounge … cereal and pastries which was nice but no gluten free items provided. my daughter is coeliac and I messaged the day before to inform of this. There only seemed to be one person on duty and stock seemed quite limited. A yoghurt was the only item she could have in the end.

Great stay near the sights

Pros: It was a lovely lounge space which was a great impression on arrival. My room was lovely. Really comfy and quiet.

Cons: The sink was a little slow to drain. Otherwise the room was perfect.
