Pros: Lindsey the receptionist was amazing and went above and beyond for us.

Great spot in Edinburgh, really good value!

Pros: Easy to find and in a great, central location. Not too close to the really touristy Royal Mile. Clean and comfortable room, great for families. Excellent value for money for a family of four!

Cons: As it’s an Aparthotel - the office is not always attended, and it can be a bit difficult to contact someone if you need assistance.

Ideal location, comfortable stay and good value

Pros: Central location and easy access. Lovely lounge and bar area.

Cons: No separate lounge in apartment for 4

Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to all the attractions.

Cons: A bit cramped. Only one bathroom to share between 7 of us in the group.

Would stay again if the beds were more comfy

Cons: The double bed and single sofa beds were so uncomfortable, sorry we all slept awful, such a shame

What we needed and everyone was helpful.

Pros: Very clean. Staff very helpful, the room was too warm when I got it and they helped me figure out how to make it more comfortable and followed up out of hours to ensure we were ok.

Cons: The room is older and the facilities a bit tired but it was extremely clean. We only stayed one night for a family gathering the next day, so I didn’t have to evaluate how it would be over time, but my sister said the shower tenperature was not able to be adjusted easily. Maybe ask about that if you are checking in. The staff is lovely.

Pros: Great location for Edinburgh. Spacious enough for 1-4 people on a short stay. Easy access.

Great location, great value, a very nice place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was exactly what we needed for our family (including 2 children of 6yo and 2yo), having the extra space over a hotel room was perfect. The self check-in was easy and quick, the staff were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. In terms of value for money this is an excellent choice. The location was excellent, close to everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling with as a family with young children.

Cons: The carpet could do with a thorough shampoo and cleaning, but this is pretty normal for most places we have stayed. Also, most of the dishes/cooking utensils/pots and pans in the kitchen needed washing before use, but I place the blame for this on the previous guests before us not cleaning up after themselves properly.

Pros: The property was in a great location and was great it had a tv that you could watch netflix on the cooler nights! The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond! A perfect places for a weekend stay!

Cons: A few more kitchen utensils may have been helpful and when we came in some things in the cupboard were dirty, so we gave them an extra clean!

Pros: Room was clean and had everything required for stay. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. The washing machine wasn’t working in the room so they allowed us to use another machine for our stay, nothing was a problem for the staff. Location was perfect to walk to all the main attractions for Hogmanay and the castle
