Perfect home away from home

Pros: 500m from local sainsbury for all your essentials. The lift was great for bags, we stated on the 3rd floor. Coffee mill for breakfast ✅ Walking distance to royal Mile, castle, Scott's monuments grass market, Victoria Street and Greyfriars... Amazing location. The reception is 24hr, with helpful pleasant staff and informative tips for your day ahead. Daily cleaning of bathrooms and bins with great refills. 5/5

A breath of fresh air that truly saved our entire UK trip. I spent 12 nights in London before coming to Edinburgh, and t

Pros: I travel extensively, and this has been my best stay ever. They don’t just win by luxury, but by meticulous attention to guest needs. The professional 24-hour coffee station in the lobby is a brilliant, eco-friendly upgrade over wasteful in-room capsules. Every kitchen utensil was in perfect, like-new condition, and the dedicated in-room recycling bin was a very thoughtful touch. The staff’s genuine warmth made us feel so welcome. We are already planning our next UK trip to visit their London location!

Cons: My only complaint is that we had to leave! It was so perfect that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent facilities and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Pros: Immaculate in its cleanliness, excellent facilities and additional cleaning supplies with no extra charge. Every room was modernised and was welcoming.

Cons: Nothing, apart from a creaky floor.

I would happily stay here again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and everything throughout the check‑in and stay went smoothly. The accommodation is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes’ walk from the castle—making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The room was clean, stylish, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

My go-to stay in Edinburgh now

Pros: Could not be more central (saw the castle from the window even). 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms really made this stay comfortable, while having a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a stove/oven and a washing machine rounded off the experience. Staff was friendly and helpful! Shower gel, shampoo, balsam, lotion, hand soap and desinfect were also provided.

Cons: My first set of bed sheets had a clump of hair stuck to the head-end of it, successive sheets had no issue. While the kitchen offered lots, from cups to plates and glasses, it was missing a tray or something similar to actually cook in, so I used aluminium foil to create bowls which I then put in the oven.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location!

Pros: Clean, warm and well located! The staff were also so nice and helpful. They had some milk in the fridge and a nice selection of tea & coffee. The apartment felt like hotel accommodation albeit nestled within a wider apartment complex with other units on long term let’s / owner occupied. It’s perfect for travelling with a group or where you want to do you own cooking and have space to chill out. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner so you can make the most of the kitchen if you like to keep the cost down but there are plenty of cafes and places to eat nearby. We did find a lot of them are small and often pre-booked so it’s well worth spending time to book where you want to eat in advance.

Cons: My personal preference would be for a softer bed but to be fair the beds were like most hotel accommodation.
