Hollybank Cottage

Pros: Excellent location Accessible, dog friendly Had everything you need, some start up provisions provided. Very comfortable and roomy, near the Goil Inn for fabulous welcome and food. Close to nearby attractions. Very comfortable lounge area, fully fitted kitchen with everything you need.

Would like to visit in better weather.

Pros: Very good location in Lochgoilhead with the pub only a minute walk from the house. Unfortunately a lot of rain meant we could not take best advantage of the area but the walks we managed were excellent.

Cons: Going downstairs to use the bathroom in the night was a little inconvenient but this is to be expected in older properties.

Pros: It was lovely to get back and relax in a lovely, comfy cottage after our days out with the dog.

Cons: Couldn't park my large car in the parking space.

Pros: Nice location, lots of space for 3 people. Nice old cottage away from crowds . We found there everything we needed.

Pros: Location was perfect and local pubs are fantastic the goil inn food was lovley and the lochside great singer and amaxing atmospher

Cons: Wifi was spotty. Bathroom off the kitchen was touch inconvient but didmt take away from grest stay.

Pros: Lovely little cottage, everything you'd want inside and out. Was there 25° sun one day, storms, 12° the next and no complaints. 3 places to eat within walking distance (2km) first one pub on doorstep. Little general store again 2km walk. (one closer but seems to open on a whim!). Spotless clean, plenty bed linen, towels, toiletries etc. WiFi, very comfortable lounge with smart TV when heaven is falling outside. Tea/coffee, bla, bla bla. Owner/person who looks after it, great communicators. Instructions for access etc faultless. Highly recommend.

Cons: Do enjoy reading negatives, if only for a laugh. I really can't think of any, however if you can straighten and widen those roads, that would be great!

Pros: House was spotless and well equipped. All information was provided in emails and info pack. Had to contact with one small query, had a quick response.

Cons: Keysafe is on a low fencepost. I wear varifocals so found it fiddly to read the numbers. Minor issue.

A very peaceful place from which to explore Loch Goil and the area

Pros: Excellent location in friendly village with walks from the door. House was well serviced and maintained and had everything we needed. Good food at the local inn.

Pros: The location is beautiful. Very close to the Loch with lovely views

Pros: Nice and quiet sanctuary for relaxation. Close enough to the beach
