Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice comfy bed and large shower. Fantastic value for money. Perhaps not the most beautiful rooms but great value for money for somewhere to lay your head. I would return.

Cons: There was no hairdryer? Or perhaps I couldn't find it!

Handy and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Pros: Convenient, well priced, comfortable, clean. Single room with adequate space, comfortable bed, and good spacious shower room. Parking across the road behind Indian restaurant where I also dined and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons: It's not glamorous, but it would cost a lot more if it was! Suited my needs perfectly.

Pros: Good location, the room was clean and tidy. We only stopped one night and we found the room comfortable and good value for money. We stayed midweek and didn't experience any noise from the pub below. You get a 10% discount if you order your food from the Indian restaurant where you collect the key.

Cons: On a very busy main road, collecting the keys and trying to cross the road to get to the room was challenging. You have to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs, however, this was made clear in the description. I wouldn't recommend the rooms for elderly people.

I would stay there again

Pros: Akram Mohammad the owner ... A very fair and ethical chap.The staff like him a lot.

Cons: No hot water... But that issue will be addressed.

Pros: Everything about the room was great. They are above the pub which looks a bit shabby from the outside but inside is tidy, well run and the locals are really friendly. For anyone going to the horseracing this place is perfect!! Recommend!! Good value!! Also, bus stops to the town centre and stations outside, brilliant!!

Nice stay over

Pros: Nice location for my visit,, large room with comfortable bed and a really nice shower, towels and soap provided and the normal tea and coffee tray was in the room, good value for the money in my opinion, The room is above a very popular pub and next to a busy road, looking forward to my next stay.

Cons: No tv remote

Not to far from Hamilton town centre car ride 5 mins walking 10 to 15 mins

Pros: Enjoyed my stay there , nice clean , good value was there for 5 nights Monday to Saturday downstairs pub only opens Tuesday till Sunday. Nice pub to.
