fantastic place ,fantastic food fantastic staff bathroom could do with updating but still fab

Pros: evening meal and Breakfast were spot on ,room was clean and tidy ,staff were great would i stay here again most certainly

Cons: bathroom light was blinding and on an automatic switch bathroom had a bath and shower above could maybe do with removing the bath and fitting a shower cubicle

Very good. Just watch out for added items not to be as described as they are in the brochure

Pros: The room and hotel was very clean and well presented.

Cons: Ordered strawberries and bubbly for in the room. Only to be given 1 strawberry cut into 2 shared between 2 glasses. Very disappointed with this as the picture clearly shows more than one strawberry.

Overall lovley place

Pros: The staff are lovley and it’s cosy the food was fantastic and the guy serving us was amazing we told him I had anxiety and he made sure everything was okay

Cons: One staff that discriminated my boyfriend but this lovley man sorted it out for us so thank you and put drinks on the house

Pros: When we first arrived they had no note that we needed a ground floor bedroom - so we were upgraded to a family room in the annexe with two double beds.

Cons: The doors are very heavy and the people in the room across from us kept banging their’s shut which did disturb us.

Pros: The lobby, bar and restaurant are all very nice and the staff couldnt have been nicer. Good location and good value. Breakfast was really nice.

Cons: It was a little bit too warm and i couldnt open the window to let a bit of air in. I love a warm room but this was a bit too much
