Perfect stay. Pool and spa facilities were great. Room was perfectly fine and very warm and cozy.

Pros: The room was very warm and quiet. Decor was perfectly fine, perhaps some would say 'dated' but I disagree. The pool was great and the location was fab. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Cons: One of the beds was missing a mattress protector, but once staff was informed it was fixed immediately.

Pros: It is ideally located, there are some great views overlooking Sterling and onto the high peaks.

Cons: The car park for me was a bit of an issue, one or two cars taking up two spaces.

Pros: All of it lovely old building with old and new but still keeping the same as it was all those years ago .location was great very close to all amenities plenty to do around the place.

Cons: Hotel is on a hill if you have difficulty walking it could be a small problem and lots of stairs but you are going to get that with a old building .

Pros: central location to explore city centre and travel to surrounding areas

Cons: I had not expected to be asked to pay a supplement to use the health suite facilities. I assume when booking a spa hotel which is more expensive than a standard hotel that you can use the facilities as part of your stay.

Would stay again

Pros: Parking was a problem couldn't get a space and annoyingly there were 2 cars parked straddling bays taking up 2 spaces. Great room. Didn't manage breakfast as was a little delicate from night before.
