Friendly, hard working and efficient young staff in both reception and restaurant. Much appreciated.

Lovely Relaxing Stay

Pros: Very beautiful setting, well run hotel, excellent food. Nice pool and leisure facilities although we were told it’s due an upgrade as is most of the hotel since Apex bought it over.

Cons: Gym and pool could do with an upgrade

Overall very pleased with the hydro experience will return in the near future thankyou for a great

Pros: Good Central location for a short break excellent leisure facilities esp sauna and steam room

Cons: Breakfast was good but maybe a bit more variety of bread eg wheaten bread ciabatia crusty bread

Pros: Small touches in the room, eg lavender pillow spray, nice bathroom products, water. The breakfast is always nice. The location is great.

Cons: Last entry to the spa is 7pm which I was disappointed with, would have preferred to stay in the pool later than 8pm.

Pros: I find this hotel is over priced. But i like staying here as it's got a pool

Cons: The heater is at the inside, outside wall at the window. So when curtains are closed there is no heat able to come through. The curtains are full length so heat can't get through curtains. They are a fire hazard. I have informed the hotel about this before

Pros: Beds very comfortable although pillows too soft. Staff were so friendly both in the hotel and leisure facility. Food exceptional 😋 can't wait to return

Pros: Staff at Apex hotel amazing, Manager - Mark and receptionist-Sophie, Our complaint is not with the hotel it’s with Booking.com, as when we booked, your company did not pass on it was our ruby anniversary to the hotel , once my husband mentioned this to the hotel staff, (mark and Sophie) they upgraded our room , and presented us with a Prosecco at dinner , these touches, made our stay special,

Cons: No complaints, hotel, cosy staff amazing, food good and clean rooms ,
