Amazing experience for the price

Pros: Really friendly staff, professional and got us checked in really quickly. Lovely room and nice hot shower. Very comfortable bed too. Great location.

Cons: Can hear noises from nearby rooms, breakfast could be better for vegan options.

Great stay for an overnight or if travelling in the Stirling area.

Pros: Food was excellent, breakfast had free options eg continental and some filled breakfast rolls but also had items with supplements such as a full Scottish breakfast. Decor and cleanliness were excellent throughout. Staff were very helpful and could not be faulted. Good parking area.

Cons: Bar prices were a bit on the high side considering the hotel is in a quiet location. Its an old building so just be aware there is no lift to the upper floors.

Pleasant but could have been better.

Pros: Staff were lovely and the room was comfy enough. It was a wee bit dusty but nice surroundings. There were issues with the heating system which meant noises from the radiator kept me awake but the staff tried to sort this and were very apologetic. I don't think this is a regular issue. I had a nice stay and the food at dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Room needed a good dust.

Pros: Booked this based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect for us and the property is beautiful. Lovely decor, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.We ate here and food was top quality. Very generous servings and the dining area is tasteful and modern. Had the Scottish Porridge for breakfast the next day and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great night's rest and good food in a stunning location.

A lovely pub stay with friendly staff & good food.

Pros: Nicely decorated & good sized room, handy location, lovely bar & restaurant with good food, staff friendly, complimentary breakfast was great.

Cons: The bedroom was really cold all night. The radiator didn’t seem to be working properly and the window was only single glazed. With minus temperatures overnight it was rather cool in the bedroom and we ended up sleeping in jumpers.

Excellent comfortable stay with decent food

Pros: Staff v welcoming - bed v comfortable and meal excellent. Breakfast was great - good choice and there were lots of treats in the room which is a nice touch.

Cons: Room a little small but had all we needed in it.
