Pros: Had everything you need in chalet and good size plus got spa

Cons: Uncomfortable mattress coule be doing with replacing and Spiders in the bed and between towels

Pros: We loved the spa treatment the girls where amazing made me feel really comfortable and relaxed.. the pod was lovely and cozy..dinner and breakfast was great. Will be recommending to family and friends. And hopeing to book again soon .

Cons: The only thing is other guest comeing to your pod maybe more lighting around the paths so they can find the right pod.but all in all excellent .

Stunning hotel, friendly staff in beautiful setting.

Pros: The hotel is really lovely, the rooms are enormous and decor is delightful. The woodwork and panelling in the hotel is stunning. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. My only one tiny change would be to have a mattress topper. Breakfast was fabulous. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world. I would go back to the hotel. It was very good value for money in a stunning original building.

Pros: Everything about our stay was lovely, the staff do a great job, Liam was working behind the bar on new years eve he was very friendly and happy

Pros: We loved the spa facilities, loved the cosy pod and really enjoyed our stay

Cons: There was a chocolate mark on one of the pillows, and they made us use a card before checking in even though we had paid in full. I normally don’t take my wallet with me and was lucky to have it in my car or I’m not sure what would have happened?
