Pros: Firstly the staff here are absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding. Clean, spacious and the views af the Lake were beautiful even in the winter rain. Food was lovely. Will definitely be returning

One Night Stay

Pros: What a wonderful place, just exactly what we needed. Quite, friendly and beautiful views of Loch Lomond & Surroundings. The hotel facilities, Room, and Staff were excellent. Thank you for making our short but sweet visit memorable. C&A McTaggart.

Pros: Our room was much larger than expected with a balcony and view of Loch Lomond. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning and go for a morning stroll along the private beach and jetty after a hearty Scottish breakfast. All of the staff were very attentive and service was very fast.

Cons: We were sad to leave after only one night! We would've loved to have stayed for longer so we'll just have to come back and visit again.

Overall good.

Pros: The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: They didn’t accommodate the needs of minorities. We are Muslims, and we brought our halal food, but they refused to warm it up, which was quite disappointing.
