If the mattress and duvet were better quality, I would have given 10/10 and ignored the acoustics

Pros: The hotel location is incredible, the staff are wonderfully friendly, attentive and dog friendly. The food (both taste and presentation) is exceptional with a very good selection of wines, beers and spirits (especially whiskies), and I would highly recommend stopping to eat.

Cons: The mattress and sparce duvet were a huge let down, I slept awfully and it really let the stay down. The room acoustics on the first floor are not good. I had to ask the music to be turned off even though the volume wasn't loud downstairs as it carried through the floor, we could also hear every word and footstep of people returning to their rooms.

Amazing

Pros: Was spotless. Beautiful location. Food in the restaurant was amazing great sized portions. Staff all lovely welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely and cosy.

Pros: The property was modernised. Our room was one of the cheaper ones . Basic and very clean .

Cons: The bed was abit hard for me but there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It was extremely well catered for dogs . Had a great walk next to hotel with designated poop area and poop bin.

A Spectacular Stay

Pros: We stayed at The Inn on Loch Lomond and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Our deluxe room offered the most spectacular view of Ben Lomond — an unforgettable sight to wake up to. The room was beautifully presented, spotless and extremely comfortable, with everything thoughtfully provided. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was expertly prepared and full of flavour — particular compliments to the chef. The wine selection was excellent, breakfast was superb, and the coffee was genuinely very good. The combination of breathtaking scenery, comfortable surroundings and high standards throughout made for a truly memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend to others.
