Great stay

Pros: Great location, there weren’t many people when we were there, had all the expected appliances, heating and shower was good.

Lovely stay with great views.

Pros: The receptionist lady was very helpful. Rooms were clean and warm.

Cons: We stayed in room 14. The room window opened fully and with it being the top floor was a little dangerous for my kids who could open it.

An excellent option for people on a fixed budget, looking for great service in a fabulous location.

Pros: Convenience, location, front sea views to the Holy Isle, and Staff are all excellent. This was a more affordable option than many places on Arran. This is my second visit in 6 months, and I was delighted to bring my friends from Bath this time. We were all staying in the main house not the sleep huts.

Cons: Everything was as expected

Fantastic stay…will be back again!

Pros: Lovely location, had a peaceful stay in the sleep huts and used the kitchen and dining facilities in the house. All were exceptionally clean.

Cons: The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was having to keep going to ask for toilet paper, staff were easy to find and helpful however.

Bunkgate

Pros: The staff were very helpful and went beyond their duties.

Cons: Web page not clear abt the type of room. Advertised as a twin room arrived and found out it had bunks. Im 65. My wife is 60, and it was unsuitable. However, after staying 1 night in it top and tailing on lower bunk, it was very uncomfortable. So we approached the staff and they changed our room to a twin room with single beds. No hesitation. πŸ˜ƒ

Pros: Very accommodating, we had issues with our ferry and they kindly agreed to change our booking as they had availability so we didn't lose any extra time. We had a lovely time on the Isle of Arran and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay. Dog friendly too which is a bonus!

A most enjoyable and very pleasant stay in a superb location.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were generally very good and clean. Although my room in the Lodge was a bit on the small side it was comfortable and perfectly adequate for one person, with a fantastic view!

Cons: The shower water pressure was very low so that showering was a bit slow. Wifi and mobile phone reception was not very good.
