Great friendly hotel

Pros: Really comfortable room and great breakfast with good veggie options. Staff were really nice and helpful. I stayed off season in Feb and at that time the price was really good. The rooms have great sea views and a good local shop a few yards away.

Very good and I will return when next on the Island

Pros: The location was ideal for my work and the facilities are very good, the staff are really friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was excellent as indeed was the evening meal, good selection on the menu, something for everyone, portions are heading towards big.

Deep rest & relaxation guaranteed :)

Pros: Gorgeous seafront view from bedroom. Chef is gluten-free and there are plenty of gluten-free options available at the restaurant and in the surrounding village. Had a nice swim in the pool all to myself!

Cons: Pool facilities could definitely be a bit cleaner. Maybe more veggie options on menu in future. But that's me grasping at straws.

Stunning location

Pros: The location is fantastic over looking the sea towards Kintyre. Very peaceful and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Room comfortable, clean and cosy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Pros: All food was exellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The biggest downside is the frequent cancellation of ferries at short notice. Would think twice about visiting again.

Cons: The small print regarding the breakfast wasn't included in price. Probably our mistake. We had left without paying for breakfast, a genuine mistake.

Just what I needed relaxing after work with good choices in both the bar and restaurant

Pros: The condition of the bathroom was excellent and there was ample space in the room especially as I had a single room. The food was really good and the staff were really friendly and helpful

Cons: Some of the bedroom furniture was aging and the pillows were too soft, not supportive.

I would go back to this hotel and would recommend to others

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was very good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities and views were great. I really liked this hotel.

Cons: I was in a single room and my colleague in a double and we both found our beds uncomfortable and so neither of us slept particularly well. We were on a ground floor and also could hear people in the adjoining rooms very clearly.
