Pros: Great location. Comfortable beds and rooms. Clean and well presented. Dinner service was very good. Excellent food and well presented. Good breakfast but was let down by lengthy wait.

Cons: Family member had to ask for towels in his room as there were none on check in. In both our rooms water leaked from the shower tray onto the floor. Dimly lit bathrooms really need improvement in way of the mirror. Hard to see for wet shaving. In one room there was no safe place to lay the tea tray flat on the table next to a plug socket so the tray was perched over hanging the table. Not great considering the boiling kettle and hot water. Some kind of fire alarm beeping numerous times throughout the night which disturbed my sleep. Breakfast service was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our cooked breakfasts and we witnessed one gentlemen who was waiting for one hour. The restaurant was not busy by any means. Check out was simply handing over the key and, \

Pros: The location is great, right by the harbour and in walking distance of The Sprinkbank Distillery. We had a very spaceous room with the view to the harbour and the restaurant in the hotel is good.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Good place to stay in Campbeltown

Pros: Lovely hotel, a huge improvement from the last time I stayed there about 30 years ago. Well placed for all the attractions in the town, especially the distilleries. The staff were really wonderful, they were able to provide us with a lot of information. The meals in the restaurant were very good.

Cons: There wasn't much that I didn't like, there was one evening meal that was pretty boring, no real taste to it at all.

Relaxing few days. Hotel was clean and just what we expected.

Pros: Lovely large old fashioned bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. Food was all best quality. You need to book in the restaurant, very busy.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Perfectly location with the view to the harbour, only 5-10 minutes walking to Cadenhead’s, Springbank distillery and Glengyle distillery, to Glen Scotia 10-15 minutes. Very clean room and nice staff.
