Excellent stay, will definitely be returning.
Pros: Owners and staff were very friendly, had a drink with some of the locals in hotel bar, who were all friendly too. Lovely quiet village with the 9 hole course very close to walk to.

Delightful location, cosy atmosphere, and a friendly welcome; in short it was everything I needed!
Pros: Excellent breakfast with everything one could wish for, short of a fully cooked option, which I didn't need anyway. This family run hotel provides a warm and friendly welcome and is happy to recommend nearby dining options, which I found equally good. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Whilst my single room was, unsurprisingly perhaps, on the small side the view from the window over the Kilbrannan Sound to Arran and Ailsa Craig was compensation enough.
Cons: I did report an issue with the TV reception and a seemingly faulty door lock, but I'm sure they will both be dealt with.

Welcoming and full of character
Pros: A lovely village hotel offering friendly service and good food. The continental breakfast is varied and plentiful. Small plates are offered on some evenings and were very tasty. There is a downstairs sitting room available for guests. My room had a great view across the fields to the sea.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Cosy room with great hospitality!
Pros: Love the location. Great for walks in the hills and along the beach. Nice clean cosy room with a bath, lovely to have a soak when we’ve been out walking. Places to eat nearby as well as tasty small plates menu in-house. Lovely hosts, who want everyone to have a comfy stay.
Cons: Nothing, we had a great time.

Lovely small hotel in a lovely location.
Pros: We had a lovely room with a beautiful view looking out over the golf course towards the Isle of Arran. The continental breakfast had an extensive choice of cereals, croissants and pastries, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese, cold meats and hard boiled eggs. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

A very welcoming and friendly staff and quiz night was great fun for all comers.
Pros: Would have preferred a cooked breakfast but the rest was satisfactory
Cons: A larger room would have been better

BRAW!!!
Pros: I do not eat breakfast, my room was very comfortable, a big bath with lashings of hot water, a slight issue with heating was sorted immediately. I requested a simple light evening meal, not on menu, it arrived within 10 minutes. Very friendly fellow travellers, some new, some returners. Carradale is an odd place Very rural, but with a lot of lively events, very guid eateries, very helpful people, prices good.... I recommend Carradale, be quick my hotel closs at end September,
Cons: Weather was brilliant, then wet BUT this is Kintyre with an Atlantic Coast. Being pestered with daft questions!!!

Best warm and friendly accommodation near Campbeltown. Proper Scottish experience. Well worth it.
Pros: The friendly staff and locals that we had a drink with at the bar. John the owner was very courteous and we will definitely be staying there again if we ever visit Campbeltown again which is just down the road.
Cons: Nothing. Absolutely great wee place to stay.
