Wonderful stay in Central Edinburgh

It was really lovely and would definitely stay again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so lovely. I was upgraded and had a lovely room overlooking the square. I also really enjoyed my massage and thought the spa and wellness centre was exceptional.

Cons: The pool was too busy to swim and I had some food in The Garden and it was okay.

Cons: Complicated shower mechanism Wi fi access instructions were verbal only and we were unsuccessful signing in. Instructions on a card woukd be useful for guests

Perfect for any kind of reason to stay in Edinburgh

Pros: Great location, hotel with atmosphere, lovely stuff, clean and tidy. Very good gym and nice SPA with swimming pool. Pleasure to stay.

Cons: You can feel little uncomfortable when you are going to Spa or pool and have to walk through restaurant (only applicable rooms over restaurants)

Lovely hotel

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful- location was excellent- room was good although small

Cons: Breakfast was slightly disappointing- there was no where for us to sit when we arrived - we were then put next to a door and it was cold and draughty- some of the breakfast options were all gone

We loved our stay and will be back whenever we are in Edinburgh.

Pros: Location excellent. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed was a little hard and I would have liked a blanket at night.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything well presented and accessible. Would stay again.

Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated and the facilities were perfect

Cons: I thought breakfast was included when I booked, I had but in filters breakfast so not sure why it’s wasn’t included. Window in bedroom wouldn’t close so was not sealed so was drafty and very nosey through the night.

Pros: Fantastic hotel in great location , very clean and tidy , excellent amenities, great touches around the hotel , but the outstanding feature was the staff, from the doorman , reception, waiters, room service to the staff in the spa, best I’ve come across in any hotel 5*
