Perfect for our needs

Pros: Location perfect as we were visiting family nearby. Accommodation clean, warm & comfortable.

Cons: Arrived in darkness so numbers of accommodation could have been more obvious

Pros: We used it as a base to look around the area on our bike and it was ideal and very peaceful.

Cons: It was just fine nothing to dislike.

Pros: Very quite area. Lovely caravan all together, good space around caravan (my 10 month starting crawling) while we had our stay. Very clean and fresh! Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere. Did our best to leave it the way we came to - but having 3 young children getting in the way was a nightmare!🤦 So hope owner was happy the way it was lefted.

Great Easter family break at a wonderful caravan site.

Pros: The caravan was great . Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Great communication from owner , easy check in check out. Comfortable beds and very cozy.

Cons: There weren’t enough bowls for our party of 4 to have breakfast. Some minor issues with dirty crockery and utensils from previous guests. The washing machine didn’t power on.

Comfortable, affordable and perfect location.

Pros: Perfect location to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings but also having a nice base to come back and relax after a long day.

Cons: Clean, compact and is in a fantastic location. Had everything we needed.

Peace and quiet in a beautiful setting

Pros: Location was stunning. So peaceful and quiet. Even though the weather wasn't kind to us the scenery was breathtaking

Cons: Can't think of anything that needs improving

Long Weekend away

Pros: Lovely and Clean, well equipped, nice comfy beds and good location

Pros: Loved location, being near the water for swims and walks. Beautiful surroundings, and nice sized park. Not too busy. Dog friendly. Welcomed by a nice man who showed us around. Initial contact prompt and helpful. Great caravan, lots of room. Nearly perfect.

Cons: Unfortunately, a member of the family running it uses a quad bike and plays on it at the back of the caravan park. We were right next to the area. Two hours of it on the first night, which for us, ruined the peace.. bird song to revving engine repeating a loop was not our taste. Had to say something, the second day was quieter. I was told i was the only one to ever complain and that the person has been driving it around for many years, without prior issues. I do recommend the place, but expect a bit of this noise, particularly if you're at the far end. Although we had the best location for a view, i would go the opposite side to avoid the potential noise, or ask in advance if this might happen. Unless it doesn't bother you to hear it.

Mid week break

Pros: Caravan in good order and very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, and plenty of options for walking. The site was also very quiet and the other residents friendly.

Cons: Nothing all good.

Great short break!

Pros: Great views, best Caravan in the park in our opinion. Loads of nature trails. The caravan was very clean and mostly had everything we needed. No stores on site but local garage/shop (15min drive) has loads.

Cons: Need to bring your own towels (common for a lot of caravans, but annoying all the same). The site was mostly quiet which is great for us. There was wildlife either birds or squirrels early in the morning scratching the roof (sounds loud from inside the caravan). Didn't bother anyone else in the family and if you are a morning person won't bother you either.
