Excellent, fantastic place, view of the fireworks from the kitchen window!

Pros: Location was so perfect, couldn't be better. About 50 meters from the back entrance to the Assembly Rooms!

Cons: Overall the flat was very clean but the decor was slightly shabby, however I think this was priced in for a last minute four bedroom flat in a perfect festival location!

Grea base for 7 people for 4 days in Edinburgh.

Pros: The position of the property is excellent. In the middle of everything we wanted. 4 good sized bedrooms. Large lounge and kitchen. Excellent view of the castle. Lovely outside seating area on the roof. There were 7 of us for our daughter’s graduation. So it was a great base for the 4 days.

Cons: Not an issue for us and the listing does say. No parking, no lift and as like a lot of places in Edinburgh. A lot of stairs.

Pros: Nos encantó la ubicación del apartamento, su limpieza y la rapidez con la que resolvieron una avería de la calefacción y el agua caliente. Tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas para unas vacaciones en familia. Sin duda, volvería a alquilar este sitio.

Estupenda ubicacion, experiencia maravillosa

Pros: La casa es amplia y comoda para un grupo. Los baños son independientes, se accede a ellos desde el pasillo. La ubicacion es excepcional, y las vistas, al ser las ultimas plantas y en esquina, son increibles, especiamente desde la cocina y la terraza. Techos de los dormitorios abuhardillados. Tiene mucho encanto, edificio histórico de la New Town. Lo hemos disfrutado muchisimo.

Cons: Las escaleras; la vivienda es un tercero sin ascensor, y está distribuida en dos plantas.
