The Rose Street Property is a PHENOMENAL location in Edinbrugh.

Pros: We loved the location. The noise (during Fringe and mostly on Friday/Saturday nights) was a bit much. The beds are just not like home...but everything else was wonderful, and the host was responsive and caring. We loved it, and would stay again.

Cons: 68 steps is a LOT, but that can't be changed. I think that should/could be spelled out. I'm not sure it would have changed our minds, but it was a consideration every day we wanted to go somewhere. But we loved it. The cost skyrockets in August. This is not any hosts' fault; the demand is simply higher, and so prices go up.
