Rose Street flat

Perfect location

Pros: Location, Location what a great spot to stay. Walking distance to everything you could need and attractions. Multiple restaurants/Bars for meal options. Clean, comfortable loved our stay in Rose street

Super location, nice kitchen and bathroom, a bit old standard and therefore thin walls

Pros: The apartment looks very much like the pictures. The location was better than we imagined. Walking distance to everything! The host was very welcoming and helpful. Functional kitchen and bathroom. The host had lit the fire and put on the heater for us:)

Cons: The bed was a bit small for out taste (we are a couple). We ran out of warm water two of the days we were staying there. It is also super-thin walls within the building. The people under us were having a party and it felt like they were in the room with us when they were in the hallway. However, we did not hear much from the outside.

Pros: Great apartment. Very clean, really comfortable bed and great shower. The apartment has everything you need. Very central so locations great for everything. Very good communications with owner so couldn't fault it at all. Will be booking again on my next visit to Edinburgh. Would recommend 👌

Perfect location and a very nice flat.

Pros: A lovely clean,well equipped flat.The location was fantastic,great for shops bars and restaurants

Cons: The only negative was the noise from the street below,however only to be expected when your bang in the middle of a busy city.

Perfect location with a wonderful place to come back to after time out.

Pros: The flat was in a fabulous central location and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. There was great communication from the host.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about the property itself, the only slight negative was being woken up by the noise on two mornings from kegs being delivered to the pub next door otherwise we couldn’t fault it.

Pros: The location is fantastic! Just a short walk from the tram and all the museums in walking distance. It was also very clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: The sofa bed needs extra padding as the mattress is very thin

Cons: The stairs, but it definitely got our steps in and prepared us for the rest of Edinburgh. 😁

Amazing stay in heart of Edinburgh

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washing machine and detergent, which we definitely needed as we were nearing the end of our stay in Scotland). Kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our meals. The location was perfect as well. 5 minute walk from tram stop from airport, walking distance to all of the sites and one street off the main drag so quiet as well. Host was great with communication. Highly recommend!
