Pros: Has a slight issue that room had not been made up (even with sign on door askjng it to be done) however the bar staff that night sorted clean towels straight away and was dealt with perfectly. Looking forward to our next stay.

Will be back if needed and will highly recommend to friends, family and beyond.

Pros: Loved the room and the tv, the staff were top class, super helpful and happy. The mattress was comfortable and the view was nice. The late 2pm check out was great as we were there for a funeral which started at 2pm so this was perfect and allowed us time to get ready for it at a good pace. The shower was great too, very fancy.

Cons: The pillows were small and thin and caused trouble sleeping, the cups with the tea set needed cleaned prior to use and there wasn't enough tea bags/sugar/milk but loads of coffee. Dinner was nice but the breakfast lorne was undercooked a fair bit, though we didn't feel rushed to leave at 11 unlike other places we stayed.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They are all a credit to the hotel. The hotel was great value for money and the food was delicious. We were in a big party which from previous experiences in different hotels can cause problems but not here, everyone got their food at the same time and it was all really fresh and tasty. There was also a great female singer in the bar. There was a good selection at breakfast which was also delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or even just for a meal.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Great time spent at Richmond Park

Pros: We were a large group including children, celebrating my grandson's birthday. The staff and service were excellent - nothing was too much trouble and we were welcomed warmly and well looked after. Dinner - the food was great and plentiful - great value for money. Drink prices are reasonable too! Added bonus was a fab singer in the bar. I had emailed regarding our stay a number of times and the staff answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. Our rooms were lovely, comfy beds and quiet night time and we had a tasty full Scottish for breakfast. Loved it!
