Would stay again.

Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is access to a small kitchen area. Room was very clean. Good shower.

Cons: There was quite a lot of noise from something running in the area: maybe from the industrial estate. Solved by earplugs and noise cancelling headphones.

A lodge for all seasons

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and accomodating staff from the point of entry to leaving. Staff informative regarding local knowledge. Very clean room with comfy beds. Shower excellent and powerful with plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee topped up upon request and the same with fresh clean towels. Rooms plenty warm but with added fresh air as required. Near to motorways without being too near for traffic noise. Fuel station very nearby with a local M&S express. Good parking facilities that are monitored via cctv. Easy check in with a good check out time. Minus the noisy neighbours we would recommend the stay.

Cons: The inevitable fire doors are a bain when staying at a budget facility. The slamming shut of doors can be at any time of the day and night, especially as a transit accomodation. Added to which (which can be anywhere), are the selfish people who blar out televisions with their own late night banter and slamming of doors till the early hours. Not that you can't get up, get dressed and go and complain, it's the inconvenience that such selfish behaviour of others brings about. Unfortunately with rooms that have little noise insulation between them, this is going to be expected. Needless to say we checked out a few hours before checkout time but this was a reflection on the noisy neighbours as opposed to the accomodation per say. Lots of roadworks surround the area so just watch out for the turning into the road where the accomodation is as its easy to miss it with all the temporary pedestrian walkways that surround the roadworks.

Super stay, fantastic value for money

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The property is within walking distance to The Kelpies (and there‘s also a short cut through a small wood at the end of the industrial estate).

Cons: There’s a very powerful security light at the back of the property which might be a distraction if you can only sleep in a truly dark room

Pros: Lovely welcoming and helpful receptionist. Lovely clean hotel and so warm.

Cons: Bit out of the way - fine if you have a car but a great find. Very comfortable.

Pros: Having a terrible sense of direction and not having spent much time here and visiting friends, I was very reliant on GPS, as a nervous traveller!

Cons: Anxiety over trying to get from A to B, but I managed.

Pros: Room was perfect and had everything i needed and was spotless and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Cons: Lots of construction in the area, didn’t make any noise just meant it was harder for me to get local public transport at the times I wanted.

Perfect for the Kelpies and Falkirk Stadium.

Pros: Brilliantly friendly staff, perfect for a visit to the Kelpies or Falkirk studium, spacious, warm, spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. I was up for to watch a football match and simply couldn't fault my overnight stay. On a small business park, so nice and quiet.

Cons: No food options but you can use the kitchen space.
