Pros: Clean comfortable room in the annexe at the rear of the hotel. Surprisingly quiet despite being close to two busy roads. Good check out times which is always a bonus Good access to east and West motorway for Glasgow or Edinburgh. Walking distance to visit the Kelpies along the canal

Cons: Thought the cooked breakfast could be a little better for the price but that. Is just a personal opinion.

Second stay, even better than the first.

Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our second stay and we were welcomed like old friends by the restaurant staff. Short walk along the canal to the Kelpies and very easy access to the motorway for other attractions.

Cons: As we were travelling with a dog, a fridge in the room would have been ideal for storing food.

Pros: Had a very pleasant stay . The location was fine for us because we were attending a wedding in the area .E.asy access to and from the motorway but not the place to go if you are looking for a bit of buzz.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. Just very quiet and lacked atmosphere especially considering it was the start of the Christmas season

Pros: Easy location just off the Motorway. Great helpful staff. Decent portion of food for breakfast. Great service.

Cons: The bar felt cold as did the breakfast room in the morning. I understand costs are high though.
