lovely hotel, perfect for relaxing and unwinding

Pros: the spa facilities are just amazing, we tried to go at quieter times which was a lot better. the bed was super comfortable and room was very clean

Cons: we had dinner at the hotel one night, for the price we paid we thought we would get a lovely meal however the food was pretty poor, the steak wasn’t cooked the way we asked and the burger didn’t have much flavour there, i think for the price we paid we expected a bit better.

Pros: Arrived to a very friendly welcoming reception, rooms very spacious, clean and with everything you need to relax in. Very quite area perfect to switching off and has nice walks around. In driving distance of the Kelpies which are well worth a visit. The spa is brilliant, very clean and tidy with an area to relax in, good sized pool and steam room. Have in the past participated in spa treats which a worth the money. Very happy with the location and hotel. Would highly recommend if you need to recharge.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Perfect location, staff we amazing as soon as we entered the hotel, the receptionist was really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you I think her name was amber, we will defo be back

Always lovely

Pros: Lovely friendly staff and management. Room always clean and charming. Dinner excellent. We keep coming back. as it a lovely atmosphere and very relaxing and de-stressing

Cons: Breakfast service slow and empty buffet items not always topped up. Coffee, tea and toast (one slice per person) needed to ordered several times is limited. Robes and towels for the spa missing from room. No slippers available at the spa.
