A great stay in a wonderful location!

Pros: Old style cottage with all the amenities. Very comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. We were very lucky with the weather but we were still able to enjoy a fire or two in the evening. We got useful advice from the property owners when we got a punctured tyre and we got a good look around the castle on the day we left. Thank you.

Cons: Nothing. We enjoyed everything.

Pros: Fabulous character filled cottage in a wonderful location. The lounge is beautifully furnished and the addition of an open fire made for some cosy nights during our stay. The bedrooms are equally well furnushed and comfortable as is the dining kitchen which had everything you need and more. A lovley base for exploring the borders area, would definitley stay here again and easily one of the best cottages we have stayed in.

Neidpath Castle - Magnificently Quirky!

Pros: Modern, clean, magnificent and quirky holiday cottage in grounds of castle. 15 minutes walk from centre of Peebles. Spacious with real log fire. Easy instructions on arrival. Ideally located for Glentress forest MTB centre.

Cons: Nothing to dislike!

Great stay and the log fire made it a lovely place to sit in the evening

Pros: Easy access to property and also allowed in a bit early as we had left home early due to the snow

Cons: The way up to the main road needs to be lit especially if you are renting the property in the winter months. Also it would be beneficial to advise that the first part of the main road needs a torch as there is no lighting there also.
