Great location and great views.

Pros: This is a great location with views of the bay and one block from the center of the city. There is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The front room is comfortable, and the porch is great. We had no issued getting in, though the outside door is a little tricky to lock and unlock. Could use some more updating, but it appears they are working on it.

Cons: This would be a better rating if the host was more helpful. I could not find the check-out instructions and so I messaged the host who just said to look in the app. When I responded that I did not have access to the app I never got a response.
