Everything was within walking distance, beautiful views from apartment

Fantastic location

Pros: The view from the flat and the location are fantastic.The restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance as are transport links.The flat is big and bright with plenty of space, including a large dining room.

Cons: There are 72 stairs up to the flat which may be restrictive for some guests.On the other hand one of our party ,who has a health condition, managed the stairs with rests.

Pros: The location of the property could not be better! Right on the sea front, in the centre of town and a stones throw from the Ferry terminal. What a view to wake up to. The property is a little tired but very spacious, comfortable and clean. The owners kept in regular contact and provided clear and concise check in information.

Cons: The property is a little tired but that does not take anything away from the excellent base it provides to explore Oban. With spectacular views and very spacious, comfortable living.

Loved it and going to book again for next year's visit to Oban!

Pros: The location was excellent and we were all fitter when we left than when we arrived from going up the stairs.

Cons: The fridge leaked water onto the floor. Only one toilet had its challenges and the fact that it was in the only bathroom - but we survived.

We had a great time in Oban and hopefuly will be back!

Pros: Thye Argyll Mansions are superbly located in the heart of Oban overlooking the bay. The rooms are large, very comfortable and the apartments are clean and well maintained. The stairs are a bit of a hike but it is well worth it for the panoramic views! We had the most fantastic weather and a brilliant time and hope to come back soon!

Great accommodation

Pros: The place was very central. Very clean. The rooms were so nice. Great view. Hosts were lovely and would get back to you and made sure we had all the details before travel. There are places to go and eat but if your a family the kitchen is great and you have everything you need if you want to cook for yourself and the dining room is great to sit at. Would recommend to families or friends going away.

Cons: To be honest, we liked everything.

Pros: Very central, spacious flat with fantastic views to front and to the back. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. Very responsive heating system so flat was very cosy. Perfect number beds and rooms for our needs.

Cons: The 72 steps to the door was a work out, the electric shower - with poor water pressure. The children found the beds comfy, however the adults thought it was a bit firm for our tastes.

The flat was clean and very roomy and comfortable but if you have problems with steps it’s not for you

Cons: There were 72 steps to the flat with some slightly uneven and no smart telly so couldn’t put a film on at night

Pros: Exceptional views of the harbour at Christmas time.

Cons: Lighting in bedrooms could be improved. Chargeable touch lamps may solve lack of sockets problem.

Lovely visit, highly recommend

Pros: The property is in a very central location with lovely views over the harbour. The apartment is very well equipped with whatever you need for a comfortable stay

Cons: The staircase up to the apartment is quite hard work so would not recommend you book if you are unfit are have mobility issues
