Lovely little find great location

Pros: Found the location ideal, lovely set up the living room in particular with all the latest tv channels.

Cons: Found the bed sheets a little uncomfortable wasn't sure just how it felt. Maybe cause I have real soft sheets in home.

A very nice stay

Pros: The owner was helpful and very friendly. The place is clean and in a good location.

Pros: Guesthouse did not have breakfast, but the facility is good nothing to complain about. Bathroom specially roomy and up to date.

Cons: Nice and quiet, of cause it is not downtown meaning restaurants in the neighbourhood limited, but did not matter for two nights

for something to eat

Pros: A BIT TO FAR FROM TOWN. LBUT NOTHING FOR BREAKFASTOVELY NEIBOUGHHOOD, HOUSE BEUTIFULL!!

Cons: Something for breakfast,bit of travel into town for s omething to eat.

Pros: The property was well appointed, clean and comfortable and handy for us as we were going to a funeral at Logie Kirk, and two of our family were staying with friends who also live on Lothian Crescent.

Cons: As a family group, renting the whole property was ideal. However, we would not have liked to have rented one or two rooms and had to share with strangers renting the other rooms . And certainly not at that price, as we have a similar property in Pitlochry which is rented out at £750 per week as opposed to this property which was a similar price for only two days.

Pros: Great location .clean, comfortable home from home ,all you need for a break used two bedrooms, both spacious and ample storage

Cons: On arrival would have been helpful to some milk for drink

Cozy, quite, high cost performance, worth to recommend to my friends and family

Pros: The whole place is clean and cozy, and the decoration inside is adorable( I love that cabinet with many drawers in my bedroom! If possible, please tell me where I can get something similar). I will book that apartment again if I need it; the cost performance is really high in total.

Cons: The location is a little bit hard to find for newcomers (but it is nice and quiet, so I am okay with that), and sometimes the towels in the bathroom smell a little bit funny(I always use my own towel, so that is not serious for me)

Relaxing break away in a very modern and beautifully decorated Holiday Home.

Pros: I did not book breakfast, this property is self catering. I choose this location because of its proximity to the University of Stirling. It took only five minutes to drive up to the university campus. I got the key safe open fairly easily. I was concerned that it might be digital . There was no one else staying at this property at the time of our stay . There was plenty of room at the location and it was good to be able to go out in the garden. The kitchen was very modern and full of all the latest conveniences. it was a very quiet location and there was no external noise or traffic.

Cons: I was concerned about the key safe and returning the keys. I was also worried about getting the keys to work as they were not labelled. There was no one else staying at the property and I felt it might have been a different experience otherwise. I also was concerned that if someone else arrived there was no where else to park and I might get boxed in on the drive. I probably might have wanted to know if anyone else was due to arrive and I would have parked on the street out of the way.

A very nice place to stay at

Pros: Located in a quiet neighboorhood, the room was spacious, clean, the bathroom very good (shared). Parking on the street was no problem, owner very nice.

It was a perfect experience.

Pros: The environment is particularly quiet and the air is very fresh

Cons: The toilet bowl flush sometimes runs out of water
