Clean and comfortable

Pros: Fridge in the room. Beautiful bedding. Nice TV. Tea and coffee and kettle in room. Clean bathroom and kitchen also. Nice furniture.

Cons: Parking a little down the road, but lots of space and free. Felt safe.

I use your other property on culbin drive and also earl street. 3 pleasant places to stay.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Good bus link to town. I personally liked the sound of the trains when I stayed in room 1. Lulled me off to sleep. Good value for money.

Cons: Nothing. At the price, nothing more could be expected.

Great stay

Pros: We all had a great stay. Would definately stay there again.

Cons: As there was 7 of us it would have been good to have some fold up chairs. At night we all wanted to sit round the table and play games. There was four big chairs round the dining table.

Comfortable, cheap and affordable

Pros: I liked that it was clean and comfortable, spacious even easy to move around and I liked the free complimentary stuff and the TV, we didn’t have breakfast as we were there for one night.

Cons: Sometimes you might hear the tram track running late at night, and also can be extremely dark with no light at night at all, house was clean but surrounding areas should as outside it and the estate in general was very dirty, I was shocked at this.

Comfortable, warm house.

Pros: Lovely and warm, comfy bed, clean bathroom, great shower, driveway parking available. This was our second visit and I would go again.

Cons: Other people had left dirty dishes in the kitchen. There was no clean pan scrubber or washing up brush and no drying up cloths at all. There was blue paper roll which I had to use to dry up.
