Spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly host, perfect for proximity to station

Pros: Host extremely welcoming and went above and beyond on a couple of matters; spotlessly clean; excellent shower; comfortable bed; location perfect for what I needed (two-minute walk from Giffnock station).

Cons: The only small downside is that there is some road noise. It was noticeable but didn't stop me working or sleeping.

Enjoyable stay.

Pros: The room was very nice, warm and comfortable. The bed was small, so if you're a tall person, it's not ideal. A person of short stature- it's fine. The shared bathroom was really big. It's facilities are simple but cover all traveller needs. There's a beautiful living room if you want to spend time in the communal area. The Wi-fi connection is incredibly fast. Snacks and drinks are provided if needed. The owner is lovely. The area is residential and not touristy, there are bars, cafes and supermarkets. Easy public transport access. It's great place if you're a budget traveller that doesn't want to be in a heavily tourist area.

Cons: It's important that you get the details and read them before you get to the property. The building needs a keycode to enter. A system. I was unfamiliar with, as it involved a electronic system with a hand sensor. Initially, I didn't know how to get it. Fortunately, the neighbours next door were super-helpful.

Pros: We have stayed here previously and will stay again. Everything was great, as always. Comfortable, clean and great location.

Pros: This place is absolutely stunning the host is just beautiful inside and out and I really love coming here to unwind and chill out the bath is so relaxing and the bed is so comfortable

Pros: We booked Giffnock rooms because we had to cancel our other stay due to storm damage on our house. The only drawback I had about the place was the shared bathroom, but what a bathroom! The photos do not do it justice, the size of it is amazing. The house itself is delightful and our room was massive. There was a bay window in which they had a marble table with chairs overlooking the garden and the street, really nuce. The bed was extrememly comfortable and we had a great sleep. The room has a kettle but there is also amicrowave should you wish to use it in the hall. Overall, the feeling was one of comfort and generosity. The owners of the place were lovely people, very friendly and Jacqueline was a dream. Definitely will return. An excellent place to stay.

Pros: Excellent location close to train station and options of eateries. Warm welcome.

Host is excellent and it was value for money.

Pros: Location is great. Breakfast not really included but use of fridge let us do our own

Cons: The beds are not the best. Found the bed too high and the mattress too soft.

Pros: Large, spacious room. Owner was very accommodating with later than planned check in and offered us complimentary late check out too!
