Great value for money, good location, friendly staff

Pros: The property was great value for money. A couple of minutes walk from Kelvinbridge underground station with lots of eating places nearby. The staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy. The room was very clean and housekeeping was provided daily with top ups to the tea and coffee.

Cons: Some parts of the property were a bit tired like broken tiles in the bathroom but it was clean so this didn’t matter too much.

Pros: The location is good, close to Botanic garden and easy access to the subway. There are also pubs, restaurants and shops around. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was ok. I was only for 1 night. So good value.

Pros: A small family run hotel. So nice compared to the big chains. Fabulous location for the west end. 2 minutes walk from Kelvingrove underground. It's now my go to place when stopping in Glasgow.

Pros: It got basic amenities, quite comfortable, so I have nothing to complain about as long as I get good night sleep and comfortable in the shower as well

Cons: Well some floor crack, the hot faucet for hand washing only have small water but I'm not really bothered as the shower have good hot and warm water

Pros: Lovely room, attentive staff and very good value for money. Will definitely be staying here again :)

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Pros: The location is at walking distance to main attractions and it's nice even to just walk around the neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and helpful and I felt like at home. The bed was also comfortable and both the room and toilet were well cleaned. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for other occasions.

Cons: The room and bathroom were a bit small. I personally didn't mind, but it may be a bit too small for someone with a luggage or someone staying for more nights. The external bathroom is near the entrance, so you have to get there through the hallway, but it's perfect for a last minute touch up before going out.

All kinds of food available in neighbourhood

Pros: Perfect location for walking around West End (Byres Rd., Hillhead, Botanic Gardens, Kelvingrove and Museums). Affordable and basic.

Cons: Waiting for the shower to heat up but when it did; wonderful!

Pros: This is our favourite hotel to stay in Glasgow We are treated like family and always look forward to returning. The staff are outstanding, always going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for everything you do & see you soon!
