With beautiful views across the water to the hills beyond, Struan House provides free WiFi. Each room has a TV, alarm clock and tea and coffee facilities. A full Scottish breakfast has bacon, free range eggs, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes, as well as black pudding or haggis. Very central location .

Cozy stay and tasty breakfast

Pros: From the first step inside it feels homely. Not just the room, also the breakfast area, warm and authentic. The room was clean and the bed really comfy. Right on the harbour promenade, easy for trips to Islay or other islands. A few restaurants and a bar just around the corner too. Breakfast cooked by Mark was a real highlight, proper chef stuff. Congrats Mark looks like you found the fountain of youth for yourself. Thanks Mark and Aby for your kind hospitality.

Cons: No assigned parking space but plenty of free spots all along the harbour promenade. The door locks keep you safe but they really want both hands at the same time when coming in or out - not a problem, just something to know.

Great stay

Pros: The hosts, Mark and Abbey, were fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend trying the Mexican porridge.

Pros: Ideal location- close to restaurants ( Anchor hotel ) very cosy room all required👌 bike kept safe indoors 👍🚴 - 1st class breakfast- all that you could require with real attention to detail- outstanding 👌 close to ferry ⛴️ for Cowal Peninsula & Islay 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
