Just wonderful

Pros: Exceptional stay! I had such a wonderful experience at this B&B. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, the hosts were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed (plus some lovely thoughtful touches). Breakfast was absolutely delicious fresh, local ingredients and plenty of choice. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with great walks and views nearby. It’s clear the owners put real care into every detail, and it made my stay feel special and relaxing. I’d happily stay again and can’t recommend it highly enough!

an unforgettable memory!

Pros: The location was perfect, far from the madding crowd and yet a good position to visit some of the sites of the south western isles. The hosts were excellent. Katarina knew the area well and had lots of suggestions to enhance our visit. Breakfast service was excellent and whatever we wanted it to be. I will return.

We cannot recommend Kirkland enough--Just wish all bed and breakfasts were as good

Pros: A great location, the owner has to be congratulated on what was the best bed and breakfast experience that we regular travellers have had, bar none. Fabulous in every respect, we cannot praise it enough!!!

Peace and comfort

Pros: Lovely house in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Excellent full Scottish breakfast. Although no TV in the room, it was good to have a radio to listen to as I fell asleep
