Penthouse Apartment at Loch Lomond with 2 bedrooms

Lovely spotlessly clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment is spotlessly clean. Very comfortable.

Cons: The key to the apartment is in a strange place, for me anyhow. It was peeing with rain and cold and I'm squatting outside trying to open the damn key lock. It was raining on way home too so that wasn't much better getting back in the car a bit soggy.

Great, luxury, well furnished apartment.

Pros: Great apartment. Lovely furnishing and fixtures. Felt very spacious, new and bright throughout. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like. The key collection was a little odd as it is hanging off a bench in a car park. It wasn't an issue, it just felt unusual. I assume it is perhaps because they aren't allowed to affix anything to the building and it was the closest next best place? The apartment was generally really well furnished but the only things we missed were some prosecco glasses and we couldn't find any oven safe baking trays/dishes. We wanted to heat up a few things in the oven for dinner one evening and couldn't find anything to put them on other than straight onto tin foil. It worked fine and I'm not sure if we just missed these somewhere in a cupboard but they would be useful for anyone using the oven.

Pros: Excellent value for money, within walking distance of all local amenities, everything you needed was provided, and a quick response to any queries, we left a hairdryer and Emma was easily contactable to arrange for it to be returned, even offered to post it to us, quality service, we will definitely be back or may look at one of the other 8 properties that the company offer in Scotland

Cons: Nothing but some instructions for the tumble drier part of the washing machine would have helped but we found some on the Internet

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for 2 couples. Very clean and modern.

Pros: Location excellent for exploring Loch Lomond and surrounding areas.Also excellent location for eating out. Only a 5min walk to local eaterers and 3mins to the local Co-Op. Finding the key nearly caused problems because we had turned off the main road so the directions advising 'past the Co-Op ' caused a little confusion . We passed the Co-Op on the wrong road initially- our fault.

Excellent accommodation is an even better setting.

Pros: A very nice stay in Balloch for a friend's wedding. The apartment is very nice, massive TV. Balloch itself is a wonderful place, and Loch Lomond is beautiful.

Cons: The heavy doors to the bedrooms don't have any cushioning, and slam shut, if you're not careful. Only a very minor grievance in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Pros: Lovely and spacious accommodation, short walk to the town of Balloch. Easy access to other parts of Scotland

Perfect apartment and location for exploring Loch Lomond, Argyll and further afield

Pros: Great location in the centre of Balloch, with access to a supermarket across the road and main route through to the A82 for travelling further north. The flat itself is immaculate, finished to a very high standard with all you could need for a comfortable stay, including a huge TV, wifi, fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The area is residential and very quiet with nice views over to the little park across the road. Gordon, the owner, kept in regular contact to check we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. We were on holiday with friends who were visiting Scotland for the first time and they were very complimentary about the flat, which I think helped us enjoy the holiday more as we were going back to such a cosy flat after a full day's sight-seeing.

Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, it's just I found the key pick-up arrangements a little strange, but I understand it's probably for security reasons.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip oder längeren Aufenthalt mit der Familie.

Pros: Die beste Unterkunft in Schottland bisher - wirklich modern und komplett eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten und perfekte Lage, um die Gegend von Loch Lomond zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (keine 300 m) und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.
