Holiday Apartment

Lovely well appointed apartment with a wonderful host.

Pros: Apartment is in a great location and very quiet. Car parking outside of apartment was convenient. Apartment was well furnished and everything you needed for the kitchen provided. Patrick was a very good host who communicated quickly to any queries.

A lovely flat in an interesting area

Pros: Patrick is a great host and has a lovely flat. Can't moan about anything at all in the flat. It is well maintained and comfortable

Cons: The flat is in an interesting area. When you arrive it is in a poor council estate which I did not expect but you should not be put off by this because it is well positioned to use as a base. Part of our experience was coloured by the fact that one of us was very ill so we did not experience all we could

Fantastic stay at Patrick’s place. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Attentive host. Excellent decor and well furnished, homely and clean and smelt nice.

Pros: Great communication from the start from Patrick so there were no surprises regarding where to park, key codes etc. The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac up one flight of stairs and the accommodation is thoughtfully furnished throughout so it really feels like a home from home. Balloch is a great starting point for your highland adventures, of which, we had many and each culminating in a visit to the pub by the river. Highly recommended.

Pros: This apartment was very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of provisions and it was an easy walk to the train station and Loch Lomond. There were a variety of places to eat and drink nearby and a large supermarket close by too. We had good contact with the owner too, who was available by text/phone if needed. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful apartment with great access Loch Lomond and the Trossachs

Pros: The apartment is superbly furnished and very comfortable. There was everything that you could need for a self catering stay and the bed was really comfy. The location is 3 minutes from a co-op and great to access loch Lomond and the Trossachs.

Cons: Initial impressions were a bit bleak, as the block of flats isn't that inspiring. However, it was very peaceful with plenty of parking, and overall a lovely stay.

A fantastic, modern flat in a great location.

Pros: Fantastic modern apartment with great facilities in a great location really close to the centre of Balloch. Patrick was a great host who was very responsive to all my communication. We loved the small touches such as biscoff biscuits and lots of coffee pods options.

Cons: Nothing, it was superb.
