Pros: Flat was immaculate and had everything we needed including a highchair and travel cot. We will certainly use this flat again as we are down in Balloch quite a few times a year. The information booklet was fab and even all the important numbers a tourist may need!! was just so impressed overall.

Cons: The only down side is the flat is on the second floor and there is no lift so not great for anyone who struggle with stairs or has lots to take with them or larger cases etc, but we were aware of this when we booked. So only down side for us was the traipsing up the stairs with the bags.
