Great for a night stay

Pros: Perfect location for walking the RRW. The room was good with tea and coffee. The Venison Lasagne was fabulous.

Cons: We couldn’t get the key code to work on the external door but they let us in.

West Highland Way Heaven

Pros: The major item to point out is the size of the room. At the very top, we had a suite consisting of two separate rooms with a double bed and two singles. This meant a huge amount of space to spread out after walking the West Highland Way. The welcome from the staff was excellent and we felt right at home. Food was very good, simple food but well cooked and presented. We added a couple of drinks for a full evening. The whole hotel was well presented and appointed and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Cons: It was an expensive stay so be prepared, but it was worth it compared to other hotels offering less.

Loved it!

Pros: Great location, lovely old pub which has been modernised but keeps a welcoming friendy atmosphere. Staff were very helpful. Food is great with an interesting selection of dishes using a bit of imagination. Comfy bed.

Pros: Pizza for both of us for tea, excellent and the breakfast was fab, the scrambled egg with salmon was beautiful. The Guinness was very creamy and excellent.
