Pros: The inn looks upon the loch just at the start of the beautiful trail to conic hill. The staff provided a warm welcome and were very knowledgeable about the area and things to do there. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere with its crackling fireplace and a very nice selection of whisky.

Just superb start to finish

Pros: Everything. It was my husbands Birthday, I emailed them and they upgraded us to a lovely huge room, with loch view and balcony. Dinner was superb, and breakfast was the gift that just kept on giving. All the staff were fab. One lovely lady from New Zealand from reception carried an oil heater down the road and up the stairs as I am on a lot of blood thinners, and was cold. Really fantastic start to finish.xx

Cons: Nothing. Just I wish we could have stayed longer

Our visit 31st January

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Pros: The room was excellent with a nice wee veranda kinda thing. We both enjoyed our meal in the evening and had a lovely breakfast. The location is fantastic with it being very close to the loch.

Cons: Not much to say here. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like but my wife liked it so it could just be my old bones. Other than that no problems
