Pros: Comfortable and accessible stay on out route to west coast of Scotland

Cons: Everything, location, room, hotel, bed and breakfast was good

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Interesting building in good location. In house restaurant was good and reasonbly priced.

Cons: Some fittings were a little tired. For instance, the curtains were old and faded.

Pros: Spotless, comfortable room and bed. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Chef Naik made a Mumbai curry especially for me as I was vegetarian/vegan and it was most enjoyable. Thanks to Nina, Dondon, Naik and Amir.

Cons: As a vegetarian it would have been nice to have these options readily available.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Really good. And such great service from Amir at the réception / front desk

Cons: The bar could benefit from some music in the evening

Pros: Great location. Fantastic friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Tasty and fresh selection of breakfast food, choice of continental and cooked. Pleanty of parking.

Perfect location, great staff

Pros: Perfectly placed for time in the highlands, and an ideal, cost effective base for adventures. Kind and friendly staff who looked after us well. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Particular thanks to Ahmed, who looked after us throughout our stay

Great location for walkers

Pros: Location minutes from the end of our West Highland Way walk from Kingshouse. Staff very pleasant, dinner service prompt, breakfast had lots of options, comfortable double bed, room well appointed.

Cons: Door of bathroom when opened too close to bed. Cleanliness mainly good except toilet had not been cleaned properly which poor.

Comfortable, Warm and Peaceful

Pros: We had booked this trip on the occasion of my husband’s 30th birthday. The location of the hotel is convenient, it helped us cover a lot of ground in our 5 day stay. The staff were very professional and nice to us and took good take of our needs. Special kudos to Mr Abhinav Shukla and his team and Chef Naik for sharing local knowledge and for the surprise planned for my husband. He was over the moon! Keen to have more conversations with GM Mr Junaid. The team is doing a fantastic job and we are keen to stay here on our next visit to Scotland. Ample parking space available and found it is as good time of the year to visit.

Excellent value for money and great location.

Pros: Booked a single night stay on a room only basis. My single room was upgraded on check-in. Staff were all polite and efficient. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food. I slept very well and woke refreshed, ready for a day's hiking in Glencoe. The hotel is tired in places for sure, BUT for what it costs, it is fine. I've stayed in other nearby hotels many times in the past, some charging 3 or even 4 times what I paid here. Most are no better to be honest, some are worse. So judging the price I paid and the overall experience, it was good.

Cons: As stated in other reviews, some of the fittings and furnishings are a bit tired. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better as well. Shower screen also leaked on to the floor.
