The 3-star Crianlarich is midway between Glasgow and Fort William, and Perth and Oban. Really a nice hotel in the tradition of Best Weston

Pros: perfect location when travelling north to Glencoe and Inverness. Cosy bolt hole next to the station ..if you are a trainspotter, free parking

Cons: They accidentalkly double charged my card on arrival! not been able to check if I got a refund. The double room was the smallest ever as was the double bed. so small there was only room for one bedside light.

Pros: Very good location, easy to find. Quiet and comfortable room. The staff was very polite and helpful, explained everything and were always there for any questions. The breakfast was very good, fresh, cooked to order.

Cons: The restaurant for dinner had limited options and portions were not very generous.
