Pros: Welcoming and friendly check-in staff on our arrival. The room was luxurious and comfortable. We booked the Dakota due to its location for ease of access on and off the M8 motorway, which is the main arterial route between Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Cons: Nothing.

Gorgeous hotel, exceptional food and overall cosy vibe.

Pros: Our stay at Dakota was exceptional from start to finish! Our room was spacious, the staff were helpful and food was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be paying a visit again very soon and I recommend staying at Dakota for a romantic getaway or any kind of occasion!

Cons: The only thing about our room was a blood like resembling stain smeared on the couch on arrival. Apart from that everything was phenomenal:)

Amazing staff

Pros: This is our 2nd stay at the Dakota at Euro Central. The first time was good but our 2nd visit was amazing. We were looked after by the young man Anthony who made our stay so enjoyable and went above and beyond for us. I wouid also like to mention the girl Julie on reception who kept me updated on our booking for the Bar/ Grill and went out her way to make sure we could also enjoy the lovely steaks for our valentines dinner. This hotel plus every member of staff are really amazing.

Excellent location and a very good hotel

Pros: The hotel is well located with easy access to motorway but yet is still very quiet. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to help. We did have lunch at the hotel and it was very good.

Cons: Only one slight complaint our bed felt lumpy but this did not distract from our stay

Comfortable, calm, and consistently high quality!

Pros: I’ve stayed at Dakota Eurocentral several times, and it’s faultless every time. The rooms, the atmosphere, the surroundings, and the location are all spot on. I’ll definitely keep staying here whenever I’m in the area.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was exceptional.
