Mondo Hotel

Pros: Hotel reception was great ( nice & helpful ), room was extremely clean and comfortable ( good sleep ) and my morning breakfast was very nice will lovely staff. Will stay again and recommend to all that are in the area.

Cons: Driving directions plate in the upper and lower car park area. How to get to each level would be good, especially in the top level main road entrance as it can be full with restaurant visitors and getting to the lower level takes local knowledge. Arrive late night after a full days travel and you will want quick and easy 'do this do that'. Not really a dislike, but will make a great place even better with people staying.

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, shower gel available, which was a very nice smell. Comfortable temperature and tea/coffee facilities Breakfast was alright, but wasnt tasty.

Cons: Pillows not comfortable, even though there were two more in the wardrobe, however these felt the same as on the bed. Hallways and Lift was not to the clean standard of the rooms

Excellent value for money

Pros: The food in the restaurant was excellent, with a great selection. The hotel room was modern and very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Pros: Staff as always are very welcoming and helpful. Location of this hotel is perfect for what we need to do while visiting Coatbridge.

Cons: The TVs apps werent working so we couldn't get netflix or anything similar to work and there was a sync issue with screen mirroring from my phone. It was fine though.

Pros: Handy for the venue we were going to and the room Was well equipped and comfy.

Cons: Breakfast ended early due to Christmas breakfast with Santa so missed out on the food. I’ve been to Mondos restaurant many times and was looking forward to trying the breakfast but after a late night the allotted time didn’t work for us.

Pros: I fell ill on my travelling stay. An ambulance was called and the receptionist went beyond her duty and care. I want to thank her for her kindness and amazing care. You are a special person. I would certainly stay again. The staff are amazing x
