Pros: Friendly team, easy check in. Gave clear instructions and explained the facilities. Spotless on arrival so very reassuring.

Cons: Only one tiny thing - possibly bigger towels!

Cons: For the price the beds are incredibly small and uncomfortable seem very well used (time for a swap bigger beds) extra charge for tub which to be honest do t think was cleaned before arrival so only used once in our 2 night stay so not worth the extra on an already expensive stay. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and would stay again if beds changed and no extra cost for the hottub

Great location and spacious accommodation. Perfect for family shame about the neighbouring guests.

Pros: Location, bathroom and ensuite, sitting area outside, huge tv.

Cons: - Large dining table was wobbly - guest next doors not abiding by the lodge rules - making excessive noise outside until 3.30! Messaged the owners and didn't get a response until next day at check out - no warden or someone checking grounds at night. - fly's killed about 10 on first night

Pros: We were 2 families of 4 staying in one of the lodges. We had a fantastic time here, very spacious, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was great fun and the area as you can expect absolutely gorgeous!

Cons: The bedroom next to the boiler can be a bit noisy.

Stunning location, large/clean/well kitted out bungalows

Pros: Stunning quiet/location, excellent facilities, lovely outdoor area, very clean, easy check in and out procedure, friendly owner/staff, lots of room for parking and easy to access Balloch via walking or taxi. Online shopping order easy from Asda.

Cons: There were no privacy blinds from the bedroom windows on to the car park requiring shutting the black out blinds and turning on the lights whenever a change or privacy were required, no bath mat provided, fitted sheet was too small for the sofa bed, bouncy / soft standard size double beds.

Beautiful and well maintained property. We would love to return in the future as we felt safe and welcomed.

Cons: Quite expensive Signage on entrance should point in the ‘left’ as some of our party still got lost.

Pros: Very clean house in a peaceful and quiet location.

Cons: You could hear the heat pump whirring outside the ensuite bedroom, but once you got used to it, it wasn't a problem. Would have preferred glass glasses instead of the plastic ones that were provided.

Pros: We really liked the clean, high standard of property furnishing. We also liked how the staff were ready and waiting to show us round when we arrived and accommodating to our early checkout time

Cons: We didnt like providing the deposit in cash but it is some properties way and we respect that

Pros: Inside our lodge was spacious and well maintained. Very dog friendly😊

Cons: Outside the lodge you had lovely views of the surrounding area. There was also a gate to an enclosed playing field where it was safe for us to play with our rather large beautiful dog.

We attended as a group of friends to celebrate a birthday we had the best time. Highly recommend a stay here
