Phenomenal

Pros: Absolutely phenomenal property. This place exceeded my expectations. My family and I had a fantastic time here and would not hesitate to book again. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Location is ideal for exploring, and the fenced off garden is great. Property modern and clean.

Cons: Maybe include the hot tub in the price, it’s already expensive so another £100 for a hot tub seems excessive. Loch Lomond waterfront charge half this for a week.

Pros: Location, and facilities, very attentive staff Nothing too much trouble. A call away if needed. Nice outdoor area very well attended hottub. Thanks to James for extra time to check out, much appreciated

Cons: Would have preferred nice glasses. Unfortunately all plastic Did bring my own as I knew beforehand , but if I didn't Would have been annoying to have to use plastic glasses , can understand for outside area but not inside

This property is far better that the pictures...superb staff as well.

Pros: The lodge was stunning. The pictures do not do this property justice. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, very quiet and rural location.

Cons: There was no booklet to let you know local walks for dogs, best places to eat etc. This would have been good to have.

Stunning holiday let.

Pros: Door was open for us and manager came and explained TV, Kitchen as there was every thing you could wish for, washing machine dryer, dishwasher coffee machine, microwave, electric hob, and oven.

Cons: This place is amazing nothing to complain about.

Lovely spot for relaxing weekend with friends

Pros: Lovely countryside location close to Loch Lomond. Very comfortable beds. Modern decor and furniture. Spacious rooms. Lovely outside seating area. Plenty of parking right outside the lodge.

Cons: Kitchen not very well stocked - only get 8 of most utensils so having to wash things often. No large pan for cooking food for 8 people. Extra charge for the hot tub seemed excessively priced given the cost of the lodge. Wifi not great.

Wonderful stay, brilliant well equipped properties

Pros: Lovely spacious, modern property. Great facilities. Good location minutes from Loch Lomond. Spotlessly clean, overall wonderful stay.

Cons: I was surprised that considering it seemed like no expense was spared with these properties (everything such good quality), that the supplied wine glasses would not be plastic. It was relatively minor to us but travelling with family and sharing decent wine, drinking out of plastic wasn’t the best. I understand why only plastic available (hot tubs etc) but if there’s a £200 damage deposit surely may as well supply glass and restrict use outside/in hot tubs? It would be good for the damage deposit to be facilitated via bank transfer and not cash only - a lot of people don’t want to be carrying £200 cash around after their stay. There were no bath mats supplied and we had to use hand towels. Finally, I noticed cameras into the gardens (certainly present on our side of property) - I suspect this is for security reasons but it seemed bizarre they appeared to be pointing into the outdoor spaces especially where there were hot tubs. A little invasive of people’s privacy. All these things are minor and did not detract from an overall wonderful stay.
