I will stay again and would recommend to others

Pros: The staff were helpful and courteous, the rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. Basically everything you want in a hotel stay. I've stayed here many times while visiting Glasgow and will certainly stay again.

Cons: Only a small thing. I've noticed the breakfast options are reduced compared to other years, but with that said there was still plenty of choice and everything was tasty.

Lovely

Pros: We have stayed here often when we are going to gigs nearby. The hotel is in a great location to get around on foot.

Cons: The only thing I can fault is that the air condition was set to go on every time we came back into room which we found too cold. Especially when we got back from the gig late at night and it took a really long time to warm up. We gave stayed in this hotel many times and never had a problem with this before but couldn't seem to see any controls for the heating
