A wee gem that we will visit again.

Pros: Location was brilliant and 5 minutes walk from Buchanan Galleries Car Park (get your car park ticket validated at the hotel for discounted 24 hour parking). Dealt with 5 members of staff - all of whom were really friendly and helpful. Slept like a log in a super comfy bed and complimentary minibar was great (even a good selection of soft drinks). We had access to the lounge which was amazing - sad to hear they're closing this though.

Cons: It would have been great if there were 2 caramel wafers on the tea/coffee tray... (and that's the worst thing I can find to mention!!!).

Almost perfect

Pros: Small hotel with a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent, perfectly cooked. Staff are very helpful.

Cons: Room was on first floor and had a lot of noise from heating/air conditioning or extractors from flat roof outside. Next to fire door in corridor too which was noisy.

The best staff of any hotel I've stayed at!

Pros: Great location, right beside a subway station and all amenities on the door step, the room was clean and there were complimentary drinks in the room which were refilled every day. The best of all here though were the staff! They were the friendliest bunch ever, gave us so many tips and recommended so many places to try during our staff and honestly made our stay in Glasgow such a great one, thank you so much!

BALCONY ROOM

Pros: Just amazing in here and this time they gave me the balcony room looking ove Mandela Place, having an espresso and just relaxed. All service's first class. Excellent value and comfortable plus quiet.

Recommend, clean, comfy and cost

Pros: Location of hotel is prefect for exploring Glasgow City. Close to an array of cafes, eateries, bars etc. newly refurbished with an added bonus of a complimentary mini bar - couple of half bottles of wine, beers, cans of juice. 24 hour services for food and drinks - extra cost but idea if you want a midnight snack and a glass of wine!

Cons: I really don’t have many negatives - the only two things were the handle in the shower fell off and the beds kept coming apart leaving a gap in the middle. Other than that it was a really lovely comfortable stay.

Perfect stay

Pros: It was our first time staying at the hotel and we will definitely return the house keeper Stacey was great, she went out her way to make our stay perfect, i would like to thank her so much
