Really good value in a great location. Clean & comfortable. Would stay again.

Pros: Location was great, really central & easy access to everything

Pros: Location great. Staff all friendly, welcoming and relaxed. Room has all you could need, liked the little movable table that can be moved around bed. Great shower. Plenty of small lighting.

Cons: If being picky, could have a fridge but for one night not important. S mm art TV but no apps, again only an issue if staying longer. Nothing that would stop me returning.

Great value in a superb location.

Pros: Superb location in the city centre, nearby the major train and subway stations. The room is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the billiards table at reception is a nice amenity. The wi-fi is strong, and the free drink voucher for every day one declines housekeeping is an excellent perk.

All in all a good stay. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: Location great for our needs. Room was relatively spacious for a twin room. Clean although shower could do with an update!!

Cons: There was no pressure in our shower! Very disappointed, as that’s what you want in the morning. It was certainly hot but I couldn’t wash my hair as it would have taken forever! Body wash with soap then take the shower-head off bracket and hold it to wash off!! Sadly there was not enough cutlery for breakfast? I asked staff for forks and knives. 15 minutes later forks arrived! I had stared to eat my, now cold breakfast, with a knife and spoon!

Fantastic stay.

Pros: Great location. Hotel was immaculate, staff friendly, quiet and good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of selection. Loved the availability of free hot drinks accessible 24/7. Welcome hot chocolate after a night out. Will definitely stay here again.
