I’ll most definitely be back

Pros: A fab place to stay, in the Merchant City. Great value, very comfortable.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Pros: The location was good with stations and concert halls within a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was great

Cons: Being a weekend, the bar / restaurant was over full and noisy. Also the street outside was noisy most of the night as drunks roamed the street. That's not the hotel's fault of course but is due to its location and can't be avoided.

Comfortable and location great

Pros: It had an amazing continental breakfast- the staff served it early as I had to be out of the hotel early

Cons: Room was comfortable but a little dated - one socket to charge

Great city spot

Pros: Good spot for a short stay, close enough to the city centre while being a place you can relax in, too. Being above such a homely bar is great, and having breakfast in front of the fireplace a real bonus.

Cons: All good, I was only there for one night, not sure I'd stay for a long period, but I don't think that's what the hotel is really for.

Pros: Great value accomodation in a brilliant location in merchant city. Comfortable room with all amenities you could need. Lovely friendly staff who were so helpful and accommodating. The highlight was breakfast at the bar in front of a roaring fire on a cold morning, which was bliss. Felt so cozy and homely compared to staying in a big impersonal hotel. Absolutely will stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Small-town pub with 4 rooms to let upstairs - in central Glasgow!

Pros: Booking.com described it as a hotel with a pub, when in reality, this is a pub, with a hotel above it! Very nice and cosy, something I'd have expected in a small village in the UK, pleasantly surprised to find this in downtown Glasgow!

Cons: The room was slightly cold on the 1st night when outside late-November temperatures dropped to ~zero Celsius. Fortunately there was a portable heater in the room which I could plug in to warm things up. Overall, still very comfortable and cosy, but things might be slightly more intolerable for colder weather/more sensitive guests.
